Coach Mike is a father of five and has over 25 years coaching youth baseball and football. Mike has a passion for coaching and truly cares about the growth and development of every athlete he trains. He played 4 years of Divison 1 College baseball and two years of professional baseball in the independent leagues.

Benford
Coach Chris is a father of 3 with over 10 years of Muay Thai and BJJ experience at a competition level. He is a certified Athletes Acceleration coach specializing in football speed and agility - as well as a certified kettle bell coach. His goal in the gym is always for his athletes to develop strong fundamentals!
